Basically, I show up, they dissect my computer right before my eyes. We research the options for course of action. Yes, they could charge me for that time spent and yes they could tell me to pay for the repair but the truth was it would be most cost effective for me to purchase a new computer. So they told me the truth and it cost me nothing. In all future computer endeavors Bolt will be my #1 resource. I will enthusiastically refer all my friends and family, therefore my review is that Bolt is highly recommended!

I’ma cook. I know nothing beyond food, and I am especially slow with computers. When my computer started making weird beeps and this “unkita-unkita” sound, I thought I was screwed. I took it to Peter, and in less than 30 minutes he had everything working better than it did before, and for a fraction of what I thought I would have to pay. He was honest, very respectful, and even broke everything down into kitchen terms that my brain could comprehend. I totally endorse Peter and Bolt Computer Services and will certainly be back when I break something else. Thanks, guys.

On Saturday a virus went through McAfee like it wasn’t there. By Sunday night my efforts to fix it had completely frozen my computer. I was referred to Bolt and called them Monday afternoon. They called back within about ten minutes, and to my surprise, the tech said he would be there that very evening. He arrived right on time, and was confident, informative, and best of all, much more than competent. In a couple of hours, my computer was humming along better than ever. Our community desperately needs skilled, respectful computer recovery services, and Bolt Computer is doing a great job filling that need.

I dropped my computer on the ground (Mac Book Pro:( I was walking through PSU Campus and was informed about Bolt Computer Services. I took my Mac to Peter Brown. He provided a lender computer while he worked on mine, the entire process I had nothing but positive vibes about the service. My experience was awsome; Bolt Computer Service’s prices are affordable they’re ethical and the work provided is genuine :)

Peter’s customer service and communication are terrific. He kept me in the loop of the status of my computer and went the extra mile to ensure that I would be safe from a virus. Just as it is desirable to know that honest mechanic, Peter is my honest computer repair guy. He accommodated me quickly over the long holiday weekend, especially since I needed my computer to catch up on schoolwork over the long weekend. His prices are terrific, and his level of service goes above and beyond most. I highly recommend him.

I’ve given my computer to Peter four times now (water spill, nasty virus, software fix, hard drive repair) and every time he’s solved the problem quickly and affordably. He’ll come to you if necessary. He’ll explain the problem and what he’s doing step-by-step. He’ll loan you equipment if you’re in a bind. He’ll give you advice to avoid future meltdowns. Best of all, Peter is extremely cool and down to earth.. the kind of guy you want to have a beer with afterward. I’d recommend hiring him for any computer job that requires professional repair. Peter really knows what he’s doing, and he enjoys it. His skill and service are easily the best in town.?

I met the owner of this up and coming start up on friday when he was giving out free water to people in the park. Today my internet goes down and he shows up 20 minutes later 100% professional. Peter got it up and running in no time, fixed my wifes computer and even showed me how to clean my own spyware off. Peter has a bright future ahead and so does anyone onboard his company. Thanks Bolt!?

i’m pleasantly surprised by bolt’s business practices. even when there was some minor detail that was imperfect, bolt bent over backwards to ensure my absolute customer satisfaction. i’m thoroughly impressed. i enjoy being treated as a human, rather than as a number or money source. if life were a business ethics course, bolt would receive an A!?
